Cultivating "Sung" & Chinese Tea

"Sung" in Chinese roughly translates to "no holding" or " let go".  Sitting with Tea we'll shed the initial layers of tension that we are often not aware of until we give our selves time, tea, space & presence to be aware of. Next foundational standing posture will place us into position to come into a clearer alignment with the descending energy that natural rids us energy that no longer serves us.  Softening as we go, through our body we'll essentially love these energetic stuck points with the light of our awareness as they downwardly dissolve and resolve like water wears away rock.
