About the event
We will meet at a chosen location in the Ucluelet area and I will guide you on a short walk as we begin to take in the peace and serenity of the rainforest and ocean. After reaching a quiet nature setting, either on the beach or in the forest, we will settle and I will set up our space for the experience.
Sitting in presence with the unfolding moment and unfurling Tea leaf is the only ceremony here. I will hold a comfortable space for you to feel, relax and let go into the moment. Grounding into nature, settling into Being; become aware of the melting of tension as you meld with the elements and the energies of your surroundings, your own inner landscape and that of Tea - what I like to call the world's gentlest entheogenic.
The benefits of Tea Ceremony are connecting with the nature both within and outside of us through presence, reverence and mindfulness. The Tea we will drink often induces a gentle yet powerful calming, grounding effect. The meditative aspects and unique nature of Tea to be experienced is enhanced when enjoyed in such a clean environment where energy flows uninhibited between you, the rainforest and the ocean around you.
