Wild Pu'er Tea & Qigong

This will be an event offering the best of both worlds through simply sitting with Tea and learning to move your body as one interconnected unit.  Tea - the gentle, the wild and the sacred plant medicine from Yunnan is a Way to tap into and cultivate the wild nature in you.  Cloud hands on its own is known by many as "the most complete qigong movement".  The movement is graceful to witness and has countless health benefits to its practice.
